Making crowdsourcing highly valuable to an organization requires clear goals and the right approach. In the SureStart pre-implementation phase, it is our mission to envision the high-value purpose and approach to crowdsourcing that will benefit your organization.

We kick of with a Crowdsourcing Best Practice Orientation to bring all stakeholders up to speed on the opportunity. We then gather information on your goals, target crowd, data needs, team and brand and technology requirements.

The SureStart™ Plan is delivered for review and approval at the completion of this phase.

SureStart 1/2 Day Workshop gets you started

SureImpact™ Crowdsourcing Site Implementation

In the SureImpact phase, your crowdsourcing site is launched! To make that happen we first work with you on the detail of feature set up including crowd profiles, incentives and awards, and preparing the first call(s) to the crowd. Available to you in best practice input on crowd promotions, recruitment & community management – how to attract, engage and sustain crowd contribution.

Based on your chosen crowdsourcing model and deadline, we set up the stages of participation and timeline for your initiative. We share a test site for your review then take your website live.

At the wrap, of your first call(s) to the crowd, we provide a SureImpact Summary which includes:

  • Crowdsourcing results – winning solutions, related comments, vote results
  • Actual activity vs. goals
  • Key learning – crowd behavior, effectiveness of incentives
  • Next campaign recommendations

SureModerate™ Community Management

Crowdsourcing requires live human moderation and persuasion to create the right conditions for people to contribute value to your organization, collaborate, and have a meaningful experience. A community manager has a unique role: part human catalyst, part referee, part cheerleader and part project manager. The community manager or multiple managers oversee all activity and help ensure that crowd members are on track in contributing to your goals.

  • Outsourced community management: For organizations without community managers, Chaordix provides experienced personnel to moderate your crowdsourcing community.
  • Community Manager Training: If you have individuals taking on community management but fairly new to the role, Chaordix offers advanced training in crowd moderation, crowd recruitment and campaign management for crowdsourcing success.
