The Chaordix Partner Program provides organizations with varying levels of sales and service delivery capability, and crowdsourcing expertise, an opportunity to partner with Chaordix and share in our success as the crowdsourcing engine for enterprises.

Referral Partner

Chaordix Referral Partners identify and first-level qualify potential Chaordix customers and introduce them to the Chaordix sales team. The Chaordix sales team picks up the sales lead from there, and if the prospect purchases, the Referral Partner will receive a referral fee.

This type of partnership is ideal for companies who have many existing relationships with medium-to-large enterprises, universities, government agencies and major non-profit organizations, and are seeking new revenue opportunity without distracting the focus of their sales force.

Referral partner benefits:

• Incremental revenue from referrals that lead to sales
• Means to enrich relationships with existing and new customers
• Access to online partner resources including a selection of Chaordix sales tools

Reseller Partner

Chaordix Reseller Partners identify, fully qualify, and complete the sale of Chaordix to prospects, with the Chaordix team taking over at the product implementation and service delivery stage. The Reseller Partner will receive a sales commission based on the value of the SaaS platform and the services to be delivered to the customer.

This type of partnership is ideal for companies who have a sales team that excels at selling enterprise software or services that are complementary to Chaordix. Reseller partners could include firms who deliver marketing and PR services, major market research programs, SaaS application vendors and others.

• Incremental revenue from SaaS product sales
• Means to enrich relationships with existing and new customers
• Access to online partner resources including a selection of Chaordix sales tools
• Brand association with crowdsourcing thought leaders.

Value-Added Reseller Partner

Select Chaordix Partners are designated as Value-Added Reseller Partners (VAR) and are trained and licensed to sell the Chaordix SaaS crowdsourcing platform and deliver our SureStart™ crowdsourcing planning and SureImpact™ crowdsourcing site and campaign implementation services. VAR partners are free to sell their own additional services as well.

This type of partnership is ideal for companies who are successfully selling and delivering social technology such as online community services to large enterprises and organizations. In addition, VAR partners will have in-house technical resources and capabilities to deliver some technical customization of the Chaordix product.

VAR partner benefits:

• Ability to offer proven enterprise crowdsourcing technology and services
• Incremental revenue from services and commission on SaaS product sales
• Access to complete Chaordix sales tool kit, available for co-branding
• Training and tools for delivery of Chaordix crowdsourcing services
• New, repeatable business relationship opportunity with existing and new customers
• Brand association with crowdsourcing thought leaders.
