Inside Sales Specialists

We are currently looking for a high-energy and systematic inside sales specialist to help us help us take advantage of sales leads coming in to us every day. Your focus will be on new sales, taking leads from our website and campaigning and helping to nurture and convert them into paying customers. You will qualify prospects to ensure that they are in our target client profile, educate them on the value of our crowdsourcing technology and services, coordinate web and live sales follow up, and support on the close. Your goal is to open doors to great sales opportunities for us!

If you are self-motivated team player, understand the SaaS business, and like working in a small team, startup technology environment, we'd like to meet you.

Requirements:

• A true passion for web-based innovation & crowdsourcing
• Desire to be a trailblazer, helping to build the reputation and success of a startup, one great relationship at a time
• Minimum 3 years prior experience in telephone and web based sales where you met or exceeded your sales quota on a consistent basis
• Effective at building trust over the phone with executives of with Fortune 500 enterprises and world-leading organizations
• Successful at collaborating with marketing to envision and follow through on lead generation campaigns
• Confident and highly-competent evangelist of technology
• Knowledge of salesforce.com, and lead generation tools like Leadlander and ActiveConversion an asset
• Strong sense of accountability and initiative
• Work well under pressure and track record of meeting deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
