Director of Client Delivery

We are currently looking for an experienced leader to ensure excellence in all our client relationships. The winning candidate will be accountable for overseeing delivery of our Chaordix™ crowdsourcing platform and related services to major organizations and Fortune 500 companies. The delivery director will help to establish client relationship best practices and service products, helping to establish our market leadership as the crowdsourcing engine for enterprise. We are seeking a leader adept at managing long-distance client relationships, experienced in technology and/or web collaboration, and with strong core skills in client service, team leadership and project management.

This position involves close collaboration with Chaordix leaders and front-line interaction with progressive and fast-thinking clients. It also demands responsibility to establish winning client relationships that we can reference to win new business, and service delivery methods that are profitable and scalable for our young company. Requirements:

• An affinity for technology and a true passion for web-based innovation & crowdsourcing
• Minimum 5 years experience in client service, at least some of that in the technology arena
• Keen ability to manage client expectations, achieve high client trust, and experience at quickly resolve client issues
• Natural habit of establishing high-value and repeatable service products and building respectful relationships with people that you meet
• Commitment to seeing projects through from initial planning through to technology deployment, campaign management, and results reporting and debriefing with clients
• Possess a reputation for resourcefulness and skill at pulling off the impossible
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Basecamp an asset
• Experience directing and managing outside vendors and partners
• Strong sense of accountability and initiative
• University degree likely in business administration, marketing or commerce
• Confident and charismatic
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
