Account Manager
We are currently looking for a client account manager to champion service delivery to our crowdsourcing clients. The winning candidate will be responsible for helping to plan and roll out the implementation of Chaordix™ crowdsourcing platform and related services to major organizations and Fortune 500 companies. The account manager will be accountable to stay apprised of the client’s crowdsourcing goals, monitor the success of their crowdsourcing efforts and continuously recommend how best to work with Chaordix to meet their goals. A keen listener and ready problem-solver, the account manager will establish and maintain client relationships, helping us to earn referrals for future client wins. We are seeking a leader adept at managing long-distance client relationships, experienced in technology and/or web collaboration, and with strong core skills in client service and project management.
This position involves close collaboration with Chaordix product team and front-line interaction with progressive and fast-thinking clients. If you are a team player who thrives in a fast-changing, multi-hat wearing emerging technology environment, please introduce yourself!
Requirements:
- An affinity for technology and a true passion for web-based innovation & crowdsourcing
- Minimum 3 years experience in client service, at least some of that in the technology arena
- Keen ability to manage client expectations, achieve high client trust, and experience at quickly resolve client issues
- Track record of seeing projects through from planning & goals setting through to execution, reporting and debriefing with clients
- Appreciation for budgets and schedules and experience at hitting both during client service delivery
- Possess a reputation for resourcefulness and skill at pulling off the impossible
- Strong sense of accountability and initiative
- University degree likely in business administration, marketing or commerce
- Confident and charismatic
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
